Earlier today, President Oxtoby announced that the commencement speaker for the class of 2010 would be Janet Napolitano, the United States Secretary of Homeland Security. Mrs. Napolitano served as governor of Arizona from 2003 to 2009, when she was selected by President Barack Obama to serve as the third Secretary of Homeland Security. Commencement will be held on May 16th.
