P-P, CMS Women’s Tennis

This Saturday, the Pomona-Pitzer Sagehens will host cross-street rivals CMS Athenas in the SCIAC Championships. Last weekend, the Sagehens dealt the Athenas a crushing 9-0 defeat, which CMS will be looking to avenge. CMS, having lost their last four matches, faces an uphill battle. P-P holds a perfect 7-0 SCIAC record and is on a six-game winning streak. Come support your school in what promises to be a thrilling match.

P-P Baseball

The Sagecocks will host Chapman for a double-header this Saturday. The Sagecocks, who have an undefeated 15-0 conference record and have won their last 10 games, will be eager to add two more wins to their tally. Chapman’s form hasn’t been bad—they are 21-10 overall—and they will undoubtedly be a good challenge for Pomona-Pitzer. The Sagehens hope for more top performances from stars and captains Drew Hedman ‘09 and Sagecock of the Week Zach Mandleblatt.
